Information

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm or at weekends go out
the next working day.

Every Cluck-O-Late ships in protective outer packaging to make sure your chocolate chicken arrives in perfect
condition. In warmer months we use insulated liners to keep things cool in transit.

We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is coming soon.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Any issues, drop
us a line on the contact page.

As a food product, we can’t accept returns once opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us
within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it straight away, replacement or full refund, your choice.
